AS A SOPHOMORE: Was the Mount's second-fastest finisher at the NEC Cross Country Championships, finishing 37th overall with a time of 27:07.4 on the eight-kilometer course...During the indoor season, was the Mount's top miler, posting his best time at the NEC Championships...Ran the 3000m run as well, posting top time at the Navy Invitational...Outdoors, had his best time of the year in the 1500m (3:58.82) at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic while he posted best mark in the 3000m run (8:54.78) at the Colonial Relays.
AS A FRESHMAN: Was consistently in the top three for the Mount during the cross country season...Posted personal best time in the mile at the NEC Indoor Championships...Also was on the Mount's distance medley relay team that finished in fifth place...Set lifetime best in the 3000m at the Navy Invitational...Outdoors, set PR in the 800m at the Wake Forest Open and had a PR in the 1500m at the Colonial Relays.
HIGH SCHOOL: Named to the All Metro second Team in 2007... Earned Al- Metro first team and Baltimore County Runner of the Year in 2008... Finished second in the MIAA 5K Championship in 2008... Ran the fourth leg of the winning 3200 Relay at the indoor championships in 2009... Helped his team place second in 2006 and 2007 at the Maymont Invitational... Contributed to his team's first-place finish at the Doc Jones Invitation in 2006 and 2007 and a first-place finish in the Barnhard Invitational, in 2008...
