AS A JUNIOR: Competed in seven events for the distance, including the MAAC Indoor Championships ... Set two new PR, running the 3000 in 10:23.96 (MAAC Indoor) and 38:18.50 in the 10,000 (Messiah Multi/Inv.) ... Won the 10,000m at Messiah ... Finished third for the 3000 at the Red Flash Invitational ... Top 10 finisher at two additional events - Libery Open and the Shamrock Invitational. 

AS A SOPHOMORE: Qualifier for both MAAC Championships between indoor and outdoor seasons ... Set new PR's for the 3000 and 5000 meter runs, running the former in 10:33.59 at the JMU Invitational and the latter in 18:18.36 at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational ... Posted three finishes in the top 10. 

AS A FRESHMAN: Ran distance at four meets, fastest times were an 18:43.42 in the 5K at the MAAC Outdoor Championships and an 11:00.58 at the James Madison Invitational. 

PRIOR TO THE MOUNT: Cross Country and Indoor Track All-Conference honors from 2021-2023...2022 indoor championship first place finishes in the 1600 and 3200.
