AS A 2nd YEAR GRADUATE STUDENT: Posted top 10 finishes in the high jump all season long and top five finishes in every meet but two ... Point scorer at both the MAAC Indoor Championships (5th, 1.95m, 6' 4.75") and Outdoor Championships (3rd, 1.98m, 6' 6") ... Captured another podium finish during the Bucknell Team Challenge, coming in third ... FInished fourth at both the VertKlasse Meeting and Gulden Invitational. 

AS A GRADUATE STUDENT:  Competed in the long jump and the high jump for the Mount during the indoor and outdoor season...Finished fourth in the long jump at the 2023 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Indoor Championships...Had a season-best leap of 6.75m (22' 1.75") for his fourth-place nod...Had season-best mark outdoor in the high jump at the VertKlasse Meeting (1.93m, 6' 4"), finishing fourth at the meet...Cleared the same height (1.93m) indoor at Penn State..Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team for both indoor and outdoor track and field..

AS A SENIOR:  Finished in third place in the high jump at the 2022 Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships with a mark of 1.95m (6' 4.75")...Recorded personal-best high jump mark of 1.99m (6' 6.25") at George Mason...Indoors, finished fourth in the high jump at the NEC Championships (1.96m, 6' 5")...Also competed in the long jump during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

AS A JUNIOR:  Competed in high jump and long jump for the Mount in 2021...Finished second at the Mount 33-48 Challenge with personal-best mark of 6.67m (21' 7.5") in the long jump...Posted season-best marks of 1.88m (6' 2") in the high jump at each of the Mount's two home meets.

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Competed in the high jump and the long jump for the Mount during the 2019-20 indoor season...Finished ninth at the Northeast Conference indoor championships in the high jump (1.88m, 6'2")...Had a season-best performance in the long jump with a second-place finish at the SU Challenge...Was third in the high jump at the Akron Invitational.

PERSONAL:  Parents are Michelle and Chris Cook...Majoring in international business...Born Dec. 23, 1999...Has two sisters, Ashlynn and Kaitlyn, and a brother, Ryan...His sister, Ashlynn, is also a member of the Mount's track and field team.
