AS A SENIOR: Finished in second place in the javelin at the 2023 MAAC Outdoor Championships with a toss of 50.25m (164' 10")...Also competed in the javelin at the VertKlasse Meeting and the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational.
AS A JUNIOR: Had a season-best mark of 49.48m (162' 4") to finish in seventh place in the javelin at the 2022 Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships...Opened the season by competing at the Vertklasse Meeting at High Point...Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team for the indoor and outdoor seasons.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Threw the javelin for the Mount during the 2021 season...Finished sixth at the 2021 Northeast Conference Championships with a mark of 54.15m (177' 8:)...Made collegiate debut at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge in March.
AS A FRESHMAN: Did not compete for the Mount during the 2019-20 indoor season.
PERSONAL: Parents are Gregory and Cynthia Sobocinski...Has seven siblings: Vcitoria, Gregory, Matthew, Timothy, Eric, Philip, and Rachel...Majoring in cybersecurity.
