AS A SENIOR: Competed in 11 meets primarily in dashes and the 400...Qualified for both MAAC and IC4A/ECAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships, scoring points in two postseason appearances...Set new PR's in the 60m (8.10, IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships), the 100m (12.90, Shamrock Inv.), the 200m (25.91, JMU Invite), and the 400m (58.12, Jim Freeman/Clark Wood Open)...Helped finish Fifth in the 4x400 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships...Earned six top 10 finishes during both seasons.

AS A JUNIOR: Competed at the Navy Indoor Invitational, earning a 400m time of 1:01.84.  

AS A SOPHOMORE: Qualifier for both the MAAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships, helping 4x400 relay teams finish fourth at both events ... For individual races, set PRs in the 60m dash (12.70 seconds) at the Liberty Open and the 800m run (2:43.65) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational ... Top 10 finishes came at the Patriot Games and the VertKlasse Meeting. 

AS A FRESHMAN:  Made collegiate debut by running the 400m at the Navy Invitational in December...Best time in the 400m during indoor season was at the SPIRE Collegiate Invitational...Outdoor, ran the 100m, 200m and 400m during the season...Posted season-best mark of 59.80 in the 400m to finish eighth in the event at the 2023 MAAC Outdoor Championships...Also notched a season-best time in the 200m at the meet...Helped the 4x400m relay team to a third-place finish.
