AS A GRADUATE STUDENT:  Earned Second Team All-Northeast Conference honors in the 3,000m steeplechase with a second-place finish at the 2022 NEC Championships...Her time of 11:41.91 at the NEC's moves her into fourth on the Mount's all-time top 10 list...Finished in ninth place in the 10,000m at the NEC's as well...Indoors, helped the DMR to an eighth-place finish at the NEC Championships...Competed in the 5,000m at the NEC Indoor Championships.

AS A SENIOR:  Moved into ninth place all-time at the Mount in the 10,000m with a time of 39:14.00 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational...Also ran in the 10K at the 2021 Northeast Conference Championships.

AS A JUNIOR:  Ran the distance events for the Mount during the 2019-20 indoor season...Had a personal-best time of 18:37.98 to finish 12th at the 2020 Northeast Conference Indoor Championships...Had a PR in the 3,000m at the Navy Invitational.

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Had her best 3000 steeplechase time at the Navy Spring Meet with a 12:17.62 mark…Top indoor 3000m came at the Navy Select with a 11:13.21 mark...Helped the team capture the 2019 Northeast Conference Women's Indoor Track and Field Championship.

AS A FRESHMAN: Outdoor, ran the 3,000m steeplechase, the 5,000m and the 10,000m run...Finished in eight place at the Northeast Conference Championships in the steeplechase...Part of the Mount's 4x800m relay team that finished in seventh place at the NEC's as well...Had her best time of the season in the 5,000m at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational...Ran the 10,000m at the Messiah Invitational...Indoor, and both the mile and the 3,000m run...Had her best 3,000m time at the George Mason Patriot Games...Part of the Mount's DMR Relay team that finished in seventh place at the NEC Indoor Championships.

PERSONAL:  Majoring in elementary education...Parents are Sean and Halyna Kay...Born November 4, 1998...Has eight brothers and sisters, Aidan, Sean, Natalia, Cecilia, Marianna, Christopher, Joseph and Miriam.
