Erin Leddy, a 2013 graduate of Mount St. Mary’s, will begin her third season as an assistant softball coach at her alma mater in 2016.

In her first season on Head Coach Anna Nagro’s staff in 2014, Leddy helped lead the Mount to 19 wins, which were the most for the program since 2010.  

As a student-athlete for the Mount, Leddy left her mark as one of the most productive players in school history. Upon graduation, her career numbers rank her in the top 10 in four offensive categories including fourth in walks (60), fifth in at bats (502), eighth in runs scored (83) and ninth in hits (134). A four-year starter in centerfield, Leddy committed just seven errors in four seasons and had a career fielding percentage of .972.

As a senior in 2013, Leddy was one of three players who started all 46 games. She tied for second on the team with four home runs and was second among Mount players with 22 runs scored.

Leddy graduated from the Mount with an education degree in 2013 and earned her MBA from the Mount in 2015.
