Robert "Bobby" Halligan Jr. will be joining men's and women's Water Polo as an Assistant Coach to newly promoted Head Coach Justin Vink.
Halligan Jr. was most recently seen working with the USA Water Polo teams in the Northeast region as a coach in the Olympic Development Program. He also spent his time mentoring at the WCAC Maverick Water Polo Club where he coached for 14u, 16u, and 18u boys and girls club teams.
Bobby is a Loyola Marymount University graduate out of Los Angeles, California. He was a student-athlete for the Water Polo program as he served as team captain in 2020 and his graduating year, 2021. During his collegiate career, Bobby would spend his extra time volunteering for the Special Olympics and Environmental Cleanup. He graduated in May of 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
