Biography

2013-14 SEASON: In first season, went 1-2 in singles and 2-2 in doubles play. Picked up first collegiate doubles and singles wins at Rider, winning at No. 6 singles and No. 3 doubles alongside Darren Mast… Added another doubles win at No. 1 doubles with his brother, Mike Zabetakis, against Maryland-Eastern Shore. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Played one year of varsity tennis and three years of varsity soccer… Won the USTA Maryland State Championship for Maryland… Team captain of the soccer team as a senior… Helped Gerstell Academy win the MIAA… Achieved All-MIAA status in soccer.

PERSONAL:  Born May 8, 1995… Son of Gina and John Zabetakis… Older brother, Mike, is also a member of the Mount tennis team… Undecided on a major.
