Biography

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Played in eight games, starting three, for the Mount defense as a sophomore...Had three ground balls and one caused turnover on the year...Picked up ground balls against VMI, Georgetown and Sacred Heart.

AS A FRESHMAN:  Appeared in pair of games for the Mount his rookie season...Made collegiate debut in 21-7 win at VMI...Also played in the Mount's 22-5 win over Wagner.

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in lacrosse at LaSalle College High School...His team was won the Philadelphia Catholic League title all four years of his high school career...Won the Pennsylvania state title his sophomore and junior years... Michael was named Second Team All-Philadelphia Catholic League in his senior campaign.

PERSONAL: Parents are Rose and Michael Durkin...Has one sister, Kate...Born November 22, 1991...Majoring in criminal justice.
