AS A JUNIOR: Played in 11 games for the Mountaineers...Had 12 ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers...Picked up three ground balls in the Mount's 12-10 win over No. 16 Delaware...Added pair of ground balls against Towson and Quinnipiac.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Did not appear in a game for the Mount in 2011.
HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in football and lacrosse at Wilde Lake High School...Served as captain of the lacrosse team his junior and senior year... During his junior campaign, earned All-County honors while leading the team in points, goals, and assists...Was named team most valuable player during the same year... As a senior, named All-County while winning Middie of the Year Award...Played in the National Senior Showcase Game at Bryant University his senior year... Comes to the Mount after transferring from Detroit Mercy, where he started 15 games in the midfield.
PERSONAL: Parents are Missy and Hamp Fields Jr...Has one brother, Hamp II...Born January 3, 1991...Was a business major and is currently pursuing his MBA at the Mount.
