AS A SOPHOMORE:  Played in eight games for the Mountaineers as a sophomore...Had a ground ball in the Mount's 10-9 win over Bryant.

AS A FRESHMAN:  Made four appearances for the Mount in 2012, including collegiate debut against VMI...Picked up a ground ball in that contest.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played lacrosse all four years and acted as captain his junior and senior year at Northern High School…Voted All-American and First Team All Conference his senior year…Received Honorable Mention his senior year…also played football and basketball.

PERSONAL: Parents are Joe Wood and Judy Branson…Has one sibling, Jordan…Birthdate is 7/29/1993.
