Matthew Dugan

Former Dartmouth assistant coach and defensive coordinator Matthew Dugan will joined head coach Chris Ryan as a member of the Mount St. Mary's men's lacrosse staff ahead of the 2024 season.

A lengthy resume, Dugan has seen experience all over the East Coast including being a former four-year Division I lacrosse player for Marist. A lifelong passion of sports and a dedicated student of the game, Dugan has assisted coaches at the University of Tampa, Bucknell, and Dartmouth.
