CROSS COUNTRY:  Competed in four of theteam's competitions.  Ran top 8k time of 28:29 at the LehighPaul Short Run.  Indoors:  Set a seasonbest in the 800m at the Northeast Conference IndoorChampionships.   Outdoors: Participated in the 800m at the Maryland Terrapin Invitationalsetting a season best.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned Mid-Penn championship inhis final three seasons on the track & field team... EarnedMid-Penn championship in cross country in his junior year.
