AS A SOPHOMORE: Earned All-Northeast Conference honors after finishing in second place at the NEC Championships...It is the Mount's highest finish at the NEC Championships since Daniel Kinyua finished first in 1998...Two-time NEC Athlete of the Week...Won at Towson to earn the first NEC weekly honor...Finished sixth at Bryant, the top NEC finisher in the field, to earn other NEC weekly honor...Finished 75th overall at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional...Finished in the top six in four of the six meets he competed in as a sophomore.
AS A FRESHMAN: Named NEC Rookie of the Week after finishing fifth overall at the MSM 5K Duals to open the season...Finished 45th overall at the NEC Championships...Was 19th overall at Monmouth and fifth overall at Saint Francis (Pa.)...Was in the Mount's top four in all six meets.
HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in cross country and track for four years. His team won the state title his junior and senior seasons, while they also won districts his senior season. He won state gold in cross country as a senior, and won state gold in 1600m and 4x4 relay the same year.
