CROSS COUNTRY:  Competed in five of theteam's competitions and was a consistent top 5 scorer.  Rantop 8k time of 26:57 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.  Ran asteam's fourth runner at the NEC Championships.Indoors:  Ran a personal best 9:30.39 in the3000m at the Navy Invitational. Outdoors:  Ran a personal best 9:25.07 in the3000m at the Eric Kloiber Invitational.  Placed10^th in the Northeast Conference Championships in hisfirst year running the steeplechase with a life time best10:07.12.

HIGH SCHOOL: Helped his team to the State andConference Championships in cross country in 2007 and 2008... Namedto the 2008 Cross Country All-Conference team and was a member ofthe 2009 All-Conference 4X800m relay team.
