2025 SEASON: Had the best XC season of his three year college career...Smashed his PR at the Aubrey Shenk Invitationa(26:44)...Competed in four meets including the MAAC Championships, and NCAA Mid Atlantic Regionals

2024 SEASON: Did not run in a cross country meet during the season. 

2023 SEASON: Ran in two cross country meets along the mile run at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational during the outdoor season ... Best XC finish was 29:31.9 at the Aubrey Shenk Invite.
