AS A SENIOR:  Ran in all seven meets for the Mountaineers his senior season...Finished 29th at the NEC Championships (27:43.08)...Posted a time of 34:07 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional to finish 139th out of 179...Was the Mount's top performer at the Mount St. Mary's 5K Duals, finishing 16th with a time of 16:02.84...Finished 26th out of 135 at the Ted Owen Invitational.

AS A JUNIOR:  Was the Mount's top runner during the 2013 season...Finished 20th overall at the Northeast Conference Championships...Ran in all seven meets during the year, including the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional...Was the Mount's top finisher six times.

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Made collegiate debut at Lehigh in season opener, finishing as Mount's fourth-fastest runner...Was the Mount's sixth-fastest runner at the NEC Championships...Also ran at Bryant, George Mason and Delaware.

AS A FRESHMAN:  Did not compete in 2011.

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in track all four years and soccer two years of high school. His indoor track team won the country championship his junior season.

PERSONAL: Parents are Nancy and Brian Langton... Has two sisters, and is a triplet... Born August 8, 1993... Majoring in international business.
