Rachel Finn joined the Mount staff in 2022 as the Director of Operations and Assistant Coach. Now entering her 2nd year, she will be coaching the pole vault and horizontal jumps.
In just her first year, Finn’s athletes took 2 MAAC titles, 3 All-MAAC honors, and 7 MAAC podium finishes. She’s also coached 3 athletes to IC4A/ECAC All-East honors.
Rachel graduated from the Mount in 2020 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and in 2022 with a Masters in Sports Management. While at the Mount, she competed in the pole vault and holds the school record in the event. A former team leader and captain, she was named to many All-Conference teams and earned multiple All-ECAC honors as an athlete.
