AS A FRESHMAN:  Appeared in seven games with two starts as a freshman...Was 0-for-10 at the plate with two walks.

HIGH SCHOOL: Plays first and third base...Hit .395 with 23 RBI as a junior at Howard High School... He helped lead his team to a 19-3 record and a spot in the county finals.

PERSONAL: Parents are Donny and Anthony Prescott...Has one sister, Amanda...Born May 20, 1990...Majoring in criminal justice.
