AS A FRESHMAN:  Appeared in 16 games with six starts...Was 3-for-22 (.136) at the plate with five runs scored...Was 1-for-3 with a run scored in 5-1 win over LIU Brooklyn...Was 1-for-3 with an RBI vs. Saint Louis on Feb. 25.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Named All-Area and Preseason All-State in 2011...Helped team to the regional championship and a spot in the state finals in baseball in 2009...Also helped football team to a state title and a perfect 14-0 record in 2009...A three-year member of the varsity in high school...Named All-League at running back in football in 2009 and 2010.

PERSONAL:  Parents are Carl and Louise Carter...Has a sister, Ashley...Born March 6, 1993...Undecided on a major.
