The Mount continues in our tradition of caring for our student athletes, and ensuring they have a successful season of play and practice. We are asking all athletes to submit health insurance information to ensure you have adequate coverage in Emmitsburg and that your insurance will cover athletic injuries. In addition, NCAA regulations require The Mount to certify that our student athletes have insurance that covers sports injuries, and this process will assist in that endeavor.
We have partnered with QM Services, a health insurance administration company, to collect and review your primary insurance. To submit your information, please visit their website
here and use the instructions below to register for an account.
The QM Services website is only available on a desktop or laptop, not a smartphone or tablet.
New User? Click on the register button in the green box on the left-hand side. Enter your student ID and Date of Birth. Update your contact information and create a new username and password.
This is an annual requirement, save these credentials for use in future years.
Existing User? Use the Log In button in the green box and enter the User ID and Password created previously.
If you do not remember your User ID, please search university@qmservicesinc.com in your MSMU student inbox. Your User ID is included at the top of each email you have received.
- Click the button that says, “Submit Insurance Information.” ??
- Follow the prompts and enter the health insurance information found on the front and back of your health insurance card until you arrive at the confirmation page. You will be prompted to upload a picture of the front and back of your insurance card to the website. The process is not finalized until you complete this step.
- Remember to Logout once you are done.
