AS A SENIOR:  Went 1-5 with a 6.14 ERA in 23 appearances (four starts) for the Mount in his senior season...Struck out a team-high 44 batters in 44.0 innings...Led the team with five saves...His 23 appearances are the fifth most in a season in MSM history...Picked up the win in the Mount's 9-6 victory over James Madison, tossing five scoreless innings of relief while allowing just one hit...Struck out a season-high six against James Madison and against UMES...His five saves are the fifth-most in MSM in a season as well.

AS A JUNIOR:  Was 2-3 with a 3.98 ERA in 15 appearances (one start) for the Mount in 2011...Allowed one run in 5.2 innings of relief against NEC champion Sacred Heart in longest outing of the year...Struck out 30 batters in 40.2 innings on the season...Picked up the win with 5.1 innings of scoreless relief in 8-7 win at UMES...Earned teh win with 3.1 innings of scoreless relief in 7-4 victory over UMES at home...Was fourth on the team in innings pitched and tied for fourth in appearances.

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Missed the 2010 season due to injury.

AS A FRESHMAN:  Was 0-0 with a 10.57 ERA in seven appearances out of the bullpen...Posted a scoreless relief appearance against Penn...Struck out four in 7.2 innings on the year.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Had a perfect 10-0 record for Easton High School through his junior season.

PERSONAL:  Parents are Nancy and Bart Horner...Has one brother, Nick...Born June 5, 1990...Majoring in political science.
