PRINCETON, NJ (September 12, 2026) – Luka Urosevic was the leading scorer for Mount St. Mary's Men's Waterpolo team, earning a hat trick in the 16-6 loss against St. Mary's. With this loss, it moves the Mount's record to 2-3 for the season.
In the first quarter, the Mount was held scoreless until there were two left in the first, where
Giannis Skliras was able to find the back of the net to start the Mount scoresheet. Then with only about ten seconds left in the first,
Will Matthews sneaks in right by the goalkeeper to score off an assist from
Aaron Tarr. The Mount goes into the second quarter down 5-2 against St. Mary's. In the second quarter,
Luka Urosevic was able to find the net to score the third goal from an assist coming from
Nathan Valentine. Then comes Skliras again with another goal off a ricocheted shot that came from
Aleksandar Radosavljevic.
The Mount opened the second half scorecard with another goal from Urosevic halfway through the third. Then Urosevic scored the final goal for the Mount side to complete his hat trick. The Mount was then held scoreless for the rest of the game finalizing the game at 16-6.
Skliras had two goals in today's contest and Matthews recorded one. Goalkeeper for today was
Ivan Morales, recording seven saves.
