EASTON, Pa. (April 12, 2026) – Mount St. Mary's men's golf team stands tied for 10^th following day one of play at the Abarta Coca-Cola Collegiate Invitational with a score of 305 (+15). Santiago Bonequi led the team on day one by standing tied for 12^th with a score of 72 (E).
 
On the team leaderboard, Towson stands in first with a score of 289 (+1) and holds a three-stroke lead over Lehigh in second. Lehigh holds a one-stroke lead over Drexel in third. On the individual leaderboard, William Howard of Fordham holds first with a score of 68 (-4).
 
To round out the Mount's scorecard, Bryan Hernandez currently stands tied for 24^th with a score of 74 (+2), while Daniel Shelley stands tied for 68^th with a score of 79 (+7). Tyler Fortney stands tied for 74^th with a score of 80 (+8), while Force Kosalutta stands tied for 81^st with a score of 81 (+9).
 
There are also two men's golfers who are competing as independent in this tournament. The golfers are Brent Glah and Nathan Pheng. Pheng currently stands tied for 24^th as well with a score of 74 (+2), while Glah stands tied for 38^th with a score of 76 (+4).
