EASTON, Pa. (April 12, 2026) – Mount St. Mary's men's golf team stands tied for 10
th following day one of play at the Abarta Coca-Cola Collegiate Invitational with a score of 305 (+15).
Santiago Bonequi led the team on day one by standing tied for 12
th with a score of 72 (E).
On the team leaderboard, Towson stands in first with a score of 289 (+1) and holds a three-stroke lead over Lehigh in second. Lehigh holds a one-stroke lead over Drexel in third. On the individual leaderboard, William Howard of Fordham holds first with a score of 68 (-4).
To round out the Mount's scorecard,
Bryan Hernandez currently stands tied for 24
th with a score of 74 (+2), while
Daniel Shelley stands tied for 68
th with a score of 79 (+7).
Tyler Fortney stands tied for 74
th with a score of 80 (+8), while
Force Kosalutta stands tied for 81
st with a score of 81 (+9).
There are also two men's golfers who are competing as independent in this tournament. The golfers are
Brent Glah and
Nathan Pheng. Pheng currently stands tied for 24
th as well with a score of 74 (+2), while Glah stands tied for 38
th with a score of 76 (+4).
