EMMITSBURG, Md. — Mount St. Mary's men's tennis saw its three-match winning streak come to an end with a 6–1 loss to Georgetown. The Mount now stands at 6–10 overall, while Georgetown improves to 6–14 on the season.
Mount claimed the doubles point, earning victories at No. 1 and No. 3. Stefanos Pournaropoulous and Nikos Makris posted a 7–5 win at the top spot, while Alessio Guarino and Akarsh Gaonkar secured a 6–1 victory at No. 3. Georgetown's lone doubles win came at No. 2.
In singles action, Georgetown controlled the match, winning all six flights. Arthur O'Sullivan recorded a 6–0, 6–2 victory over Pournaropoulous at No. 1, and James O'Sullivan followed with a 6–3, 6–3 win over Alexi Roy at No. 2. Joshua Lamm-Bocharov added a 6–3, 6–4 decision at No. 3, while Cyrus Zia (6–3, 6–0), Hank Williams (7–5, 6–0), and Burke Pablo (6–0, 6–0) completed the singles sweep.
