After dropping the doubles point, the Mount responded with four singles victories to secure the comeback win.

Alexi Roy rallied at No. 2 (4-6, 6-2, 6-3), while Stefanos Pournaropolous earned a three-set win at No. 3 (6-1, 2-6, 6-2). Ryan Wagner added another comeback victory at No. 4 (4-6, 6-4, 6-3).

The decisive point came from Alessio Guarino at No. 6, who rebounded from a first-set tiebreak loss to win 6-7 (2-7), 6-3, 6-4.
