At the Masters, Stefanos Pournaropoulos walked away named the Metro Masters men's singles champion after a stellar performance all weekend. Pournaropoulos won the singles title after 3 matches, 4-6, 6-3, 10-6. With Pournaropoulos winning the Masters, he will receive an automatic bid into the ITA Regionals this upcoming Thursday, October 8th. Margherita Trolese was able to also tally a win for the Mountaineers before falling just short in the second round in the women's singles play. On the doubles side of play, Pournaropoulos and Sergei Likhogrud were able to win in the first round on the Men's side while Trolese and Eirini Tsakiri were also able to win in the first round. Both sides were unable to take home the win in the second round, but didn't go down without a fight. Alexi Roy and Nikos Makris also participated in the Metro Masters.

At the Loyola Invitational, the women had a rough first outing but were able to prevail and still fight their way for a few wins especially in the singles side of play. Venus Tang and Anya Rosenbach went 1-1 in the doubles side of play and took home the Mount's only double match win of the weekend. Tang, Emma Perkins, and Anna Barlini all also went 1-1 during the weekend on the singles side of play. Kaajal Ramisetty finished 1-0 in singles play but should have finished 2-0 after one of her matches went unfinished.
