EMMITSBURG, Md. (September 29, 2025) – Naomi Yacyshen leads Mount St. Mary's golfers after the first day of the Autumn Harvest tournament with the only top ten placement. As a team, the Mountaineers are tied for third on the leaderboard, shooting a gross score of 609 (307-302, +41).

On the team leaderboard Lehigh holds first place, two strokes ahead of Quinnipiac in second. Quinnipiac holds second with a 33-stroke lead over Long Island University and the Mount who are tied for third. On the individual leaderboard, Sophia Fujita of Quinnipiac holds first with a score of 137 (-5).

Yacyshen is currently tied for ninth place following a day of 149 (75-74, +7). 
 
To round out the scorecard, Makensy Knaub stands tied for 15^th with a gross score of 151 (77-74, +9), while Camryn Hoff stands tied for 20^th with a gross score of 153 (76-77, +11). Jennifer Sorkin stands tied for 24^th with a gross score of 156  (79-77, +14), while Summer Stroop completed the first day with a score of 167 (82-85, +23).
