WASHINGTON D.C. (September 26, 2025) – Mount St. Mary's women's and men's swimming and diving placed fifth and sixth at this weekend's Patriot Relays in Washington D.C. amongst a field of George Mason, Georgetown, Mary Washington, Howard, and American on Friday afternoon.
In the women's 200 yard medley relay event, the team of
Hanna Aggen,
Christina Lazari,
Theodora Kanellopoulou, and
Madison Murphy logged a time of 1:47.09, placing fifth amongst the field. The team of
Emily Myers,
Giselle Yanes, and Lazari placed third in the women's 3x100 Yard Breastroke Relay with a time of 3:24.31. And the team of Kanellopoulou, Murphy,
Emily Myers, and
Lauren Wetzel placed third in the 400-Yard Medley Relay with a time of 4:10.14.
And on the men's side, the relay team of
Todor Gospodinov,
Jeff Travers,
John Haskins, and
Nolan Cromwell placed ninth amongst the field with a time of 1:39.59. Ther team of Parker Koening,
Liam Rooney, and
Brendan Moran posted a time 2:41.44 in the men's 3x100 Yard Butterfly relay. And the team of
John Baroody, Nikita Cutidioc, and Gospodinov placed fifth in the men's 3x100 Yard Backstroke Relay.
