Women's Golf Stands in 13th Place Following Day Two of Golfweek Spring Invite

Pawleys Island, S.C. (April 1st, 2025) – Mount St. Mary's women's golf stands in 13th with a gross score of 621 (+53) following day two of play at the Golfweek Spring Invite. Jennifer Sorkin and Erika Cui lead the Mountaineers on day two with a gross score of 151 to both stand tied for 30th.
Sorkin shot 73 in round two to add to her score of 78 in the first round, while Cui shot a 76 to add to her score of 75 in the first round.
 
Coastal Carolina is atop the leaderboard in first place, ten strokes ahead of Middle Tennessee in second. Middle Tennessee holds second with a six-stroke lead over Morehead State. Sara Sarrion of Coastal Carolina currently stand stands in first place with a score of 137 (67-70, -5) on the individual leaderboard.
 
To round out the scorecard, Makensy Knaub stands tied for 58th following with a gross score of 157 (78-79, +15). Naomi Yacyshen stands tied for 76th with a gross score of 162 (84-78, +20), while Allie Sexton stands in 89th following with a gross score of 180 (93-87, +38).
