BALTIMORE, Md. (October 26, 2025) – Mount St. Mary's men's and women's swim and dive finished the third and final day of the Thomas Murphy Invitational, hosted by Loyola University, with fourth place finishes for both the men's and women's teams. The women tallied 1,191 total points across the three-day meet while the men put together a three-day showing of 947 points.
The relay team of
Carmen Del Aguila,
Madison Murphy,
Christina Lazari, and
Eve Phillips placed sixth in the women's 400-Yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 3:31.49. Del Aguila placed second in the B Final of the women's 200-Yard Backstroke with a time of 2:05.14. Lazari also won the B Final of the women's 100-Yard Freestyle with a time of 52.33.
In the men's 400-Yard Freestyle Relay, the team of
Adam Jozsa,
Antonio Gurri,
Austin Toland, and
Lucas Hancock placed twelfth with a time of 3:09.96. Jozsa placed fifth in the men's 200-Yard Breaststroke with a time of 2:03.43. And
Todor Gospodinov finished third in the A Final of the men's 200-Yard Backstroke with a time of 1:47.68.
