ANNAPOLIS, Md. (September 28, 2024) – Mount St. Mary's women's golf stands in the middle of the pack following day one of the Navy Fall Invitational. As a team, the Mountaineers currently hold tenth on the leaderboard, shooting +35 (288). Naomi Yacyshen leads Mount St. Mary's after posting a 75 (+3) day and is currently tied for 12^th place among the individual leaderboard.

Lehigh is atop the leaderboard in first place, 1 stroke ahead of Navy in second. Navy holds second with a 3-stroke lead over Queens-Charlotte. Emma Tang of Navy and Maria Fernada Calleja Pineda of Wagner are currently tied for first place with a score of 71 (-1) on the individual leaderboard.
 
Makensy Knaub stands tied for 30^th following a 79 (+7) day while Jennifer Sorkin stands tied for 37^th after going + 9 (81). Erika Cui stands tied for 72^nd following a 88 day (+16). Allie Sexton currently holds 83^rd place after posting a score of 94 (+22).
