NAVY RESULTS | BUCKNELL RESULTS
September 15, 2024—The Mount St. Mary's men's tennis team rounded out competition at both the Joe Hunt Invitational at the US Naval Academy and the Bucknell Invitational on Sunday.
At the Joe Hunt Invitational at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md.,
Luke Papayoanou went 3-0 in singles play while
Filippos Zachiotis also won all three of his matches. Those two along with
Akarsh Gaonkar won their brackets at the tournament..Â
Alessio Guarino,
Alexi Roy and Gaonkar each posted a pair of singles wins at the tournament as well.Â
At the Bucknell Invitational in Lewisburg, Pa.,
Daniel Haddadin led the way with a pair of singles wins in the tournament.
The Mount hosts McDaniel on Friday at 4 pm at the Rooney Tennis Courts on campus.
