Jarrett Karnibad won at No. 6 singles for the Mount's point in the match.
Karnibad teamed with
Filippos Zachiotis for a 6-3 win at No. 1 doubles, but the Bobcats won the other two doubles matches to take the point and a 1-0 lead in the match. Zachiotis fell in three sets to Ayato Arakaki, 7-6 (8-6), 4-6, 7-5 at No. 2 singles while
Akarsh Gaonkar fell in three sets to Carlos Braun Simo, 7-5, 5-7, 6-1. Karnibad downed Csanad Nyaradi, 8-6, at No. 6 for the Mount's point in the match.
