Norfolk, Va. (October 11, 2024)—Alexi Roy earned a win in his opening match to pace the Mount St. Mary's men's tennis team on the opening day of the ITA Atlantic Regional at Old Dominion University on Thursday.
Roy earned a 6-1, 6-0 straight-set victory over Howard's Daniel Dunac in the first round of the qualifying bracket to advance to face George Mason's Jacco Arends. Roy was clipped by Arends, 6-3, 6-4. Gaonkar was downed by James Madison's Harrison Lee, 6-2, 6-4, while
