ANNAPOLIS, Md. (September 30th, 2023) - Mount St. Mary's women's golf traveled down to Annapolis, Md. this weekend to compete in the inaugural Navy Fall Invitational. The Mountaineers are currently in 11th place with a gross score of 326 (+38).
Naomi Yacyshen is the Mount's top competitor through the first round as she is tied for 19th after shooting a 78 (+6), tallying ten pars and one birdie.
TEAM STATS | INDIVIDUAL STATS
Navy leads all teams with a gross score of 302 (+14). Madison Barber of Towson leads the individual leader board shooting even par on the day (72), while five golfers are tied for second with a score of 74 (+2).
Jennifer Sorkin is next in line for the Mountaineers as shes tied for 28th after shooting a 79 (+7), while
Makensy Knaub is tied for 59th with a score of 84 (+12).
Erika Cui is tied for 62nd with a score of 85 (+13), while
Allie Sexton is tied for 80th with a score of 91 (+19).
Suzanna Martin is golfing as an individual and in 79th with a score of 90 (+18).

The Navy Fall Invitaional will resume tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. at the Naval Academy Golf Course via shotgun start.
