Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Fairfield, Conn. (April 2, 2023)--The Mount St. Mary's men's and women's tennis teams dropped Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference matchups at Fairfield on Sunday afternoon.  The women fell by the score of 6-1 while the men's team lost 7-0.

Victoria Papadopoulou continued her strong freshman season, stretching her win streak in singles play to 10 with a come-from-behind win at No. 1 singles.  Papadopoulou is 5-0 at No. 1 singles in the Mount's five MAAC matches.  The Mount women fall to 4-8 overall and 1-4 in the MAAC with the loss.

The men's team falls to 3-12 and 0-5 in the MAAC with the 7-0 loss to Fairfield.  The Mount's No. 2 doubles tandem of Filippos Zachiotis and Jarrett Karnibad provided a win, but the Stags took the other two doubles matches for the point, and then swept the singles matches for the win.
