Emmitsburg, Md. (September 5^th, 2022)- Junior Ben Smith shoots a score of 71 (-1) in his final round of the Turning Stone Intercollegiate, summing up his season debut with a total score of 211 (-5) across three rounds. The Mount St. Mary's men's golf team finishes in 9^th place with a total score of 913 (+49).
 
Missouri came into today with a commanding lead, the competition had brought it closer yet, Missouri persevered, shooting a total score of 847 (-17) and claimed first place. Missouri's Jack Lundin tied for first with a final score of 203 (-13).
 
Junior Hank Schaefer tied for 31^st after shooting a final score of 227 (+11), while sophomore Devin Smith finished 44^th with a final score of 232 (+16). Our solo golfer, Nathan Pheng, tied 60^th with a fellow Mountaineer, Matt Kinsey as they both shot a final score of 250 (+34). Graduate student Michael Robinson finished 62^nd with a final score of 252(+36), while sophomore Aaron Sorkin finished 63^rd shooting 255 (+39).
