Emmitsburg, Md. (September 13, 2022)- Freshman tandem
Jennifer Sorkin and
Naomi Yacyshen led the Mountaineer's after Sorkin finished tied for 13
th, shooting a total score of 153 (+11) while Yacyshen finished tied for 18
th, shooting a total score of 154 (+12). After the two-day, 36-hole Roseann Schwartz Invitational, the Mount St. Mary's women's golf team finished in fourth place shooting a team score of 619 (+51). The Mount B team placed 12
th shooting a team score of 700 (+132).
Youngstown State hosted and sat in the driver's seat the entire tournament as they finished with a team score of 585 (+17). Youngstown State's very own Puthita Khuanrudee placed first in the individual standings with a total score of 141 (-1).
Sophomore
Erika Cui finished tied for 21
st place shooting a final score of 156 (+14), while freshman teammates
Makensy Knaub and
Chloe Sipe tied for 29
th place after shooting 160 (+18). Graduate student
