Emmitsburg, Md. (October 30, 2022) – The Mountaineers' men's golf team finishes the Ka'Anapali Classic in 19
th place, shooting a final team score of 890 (+38). Sophomore
Devin Smith led the Mountaineers today shooting an even par (71). Junior
Ben Smith was the Mount's top competitor in the tournament, finishing tied for 40
th place and posting a score of 212 (-1).
Eleventh ranked Oklahoma finished atop the team leaderboards with a final score of 811, while having three players finish in the top five. Of Oklahoma's competitors, Drew Goodman, Jake Holbrook (ranked 98
th in the nation), and Jase Summy (ranked 43
rd in the nation) finished tied for fifth place posting a final score of 202 (-11). Atop the individual leaderboards is Andrew Swanson of Clemson, posting a final score of 195 (-18) finishing in first place.
