How It Happened
 

• The Bears started off hot, scoring within minutes of the opening whistle, conversion kick good, (7-0).
• Ten minutes later Elizabeth Mahoney broke through Mount defenders into the try zone, Brown up 14-0.
• In the finals second of the first half, Mahdia Parker of Brown scored, the bears lead 19-0 at halftime.
• The weather had gotten worse through the second half, slowing both teams down.
• Brown made a run, proving poise throughout the game as they scored their final try with 29 minutes remaining, conversion kick good (33-0).
