Hank Schaefer Tied for 14th Place after Day One at the Turning Stone Intercollegiate

EMMITSBURG, Md. (September 5, 2021) – Sophomore Hank Schaefer shoots a total score of 143 (-1) after two rounds to be in 14th place at the Turning Stone Intercollegiate, while the Mount St. Mary's men's golf team sits in 12th place after shooting a combined score of 614 (+38).
 
LSU leads the team leaderboard after 36 holes shooting a combined score of 554 (-22), while LSU's Michael Sanders leads the player leaderboard after the first day of competition, shooting a total score of 135 (-9).
 
Senior Michael Robinson is tied for 39th place after shooting a score of 151 (+7) after the first round, while freshman Devin Smith sits tied for 68th place, shooting a score of 158 (+14). Both seniors Matthew Kinsey and Jack Snyder sit tied for 73rd place after shooting a 162 (+18) rounding out the Mountaineers.
 
The Mount wraps up the Turning Stone Intercollegiate tomorrow teeing off at 8:00 a.m.
