HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Mount opened up the scoring just after the ten-minute mark, with Sankara Price getting the try to make it 5-0.
- Stern scored the Mountaineers' next two tries within four minutes of each other to with Grassi converting the second try to make it 17-0 in favor of the Mount.
- LIU got on the board with 15:20 remaining in the first half after Alexis Dallas scored the Sharks' only try of the half to make it 17-5.
- Veronica Blair scored with 4:15 before halftime to give the Mountaineers a 24-5 lead going into the locker room after Grassi converted her second kick of the day.
- The Mount scored the first try of the second half after Holly Click scored her first try of the season with a Grassi conversion kick to extend the lead to 31-5.
- Emma Jacobs scored her only try of the game to give the Mountaineers a 38-5 lead after Grassi converted her fourth kick in a row with 12:11 remaining in the game.
- LIU scored their first try of the second half after Ava Zopf scored with 5:33 remaining to trail 38-10.
- Lisa Madray scored the Mount's final try of the game, with Grassi converting her fifth consecutive kick to make it 45-10 with 5:33 left in the game.
- LIU's Morgan Duger scored the game's final try with 1:30 left to reach the final score of 45-15.
