St. Augustine, FL. (Tuesday, March 10^th) – Nacho Gomez had a strong showing for the Mount St. Mary's men's golf team in their first tournament of the 2020 spring slate. The Spain product finished in ninth place with a two-round score of 149 (+5) shooting a 76 and 73 respectively. The Mount men's golf team came in 10^th place overall with a team score of 624 (+48). On the women's side, Taylor Woodward concluded the tournament with a 224-total score (+80) while Michaila Cheung placed 62^nd with a 93 round one score and 88 second round total. Olivia Gardenhour shot a 185 (+41) in the two days to round out the Mount women's golf team.

UPCOMING SCHEDULE
The Mount men's golf team will return to action on March 21-22 at The Carpetbegger Classic in Urban, Maryland. The women's team will have a few weeks off before heading to the Explorer Invitational in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 30-31.
