MOUNT UPDATE
The first day of the Franklin & Marshall Invitational wrapped up around 8:00 p.m. once the evening session races concluded. After the first day, the Mount men's swimming and diving currently sit in third place with 356 team points, just 91 points behind leader Franklin & Marshall. The Mount women's swimming and diving team sit in sixth place with 211 team points.
Men's Highlights
Will Twizell finished 1st in the 200 yard individual medley with a time of 1:50.64. With this time, Twizell set a Franklin & Marshall Invitational record in the 200 yard individual medley. Peter Jones finished 4th in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 21.22. Ryan Griffiths finished 4th in the second heat of the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 21.81.
Women's Highlights
Valeria Villagran finished 2nd in the second heat of the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 25.27. Eliza Felos finished the 50 yard freestyle prelims with a time of 25.89.
