Mitchell Gallo Paces Mount Men's Golf at the Gettysburg Fall Invitational

October 8, 2019--The Mount St. Mary's men's golf team finished in ninth place at the Gettysburg Fall Invitational held at the Hanover Country Club in Abbotstown, Pa., today. Mitchell Gallo paced the Mount with a top 20 finish.

Gettysburg took home the team title with a score of 304, followed by Dickinson (309), Gettysburg B (313), Southern Virginia (315), Penn College (317), Hood (318), Stevenson (321), Catholic (326), Mount St. Mary's (327), Marymount (347), Juniata (352), Elizabethtown (353) and Widener (353).

Gallo shot an eight-over-par 79 to lead the Mountaineers at the Invitational with Matthew Kephart shooting an 81. Jack Strame (82), Joseph O'Malley (85) and Adam Maring (88) also competed for the Mount today.

The Mountaineers are sending a team to the Stevenson Fall Invitational on Thursday.
