RESULTS
Akron, Ohio (October 2, 2018) – Michael Robinson and Nacho Gomez led the way for the Mount St. Mary's men's golf team at the Firestone Invitational, as the final round of competition wrapped up on Tuesday afternoon. The Mount finished in 17th place at the tournament, registering rounds of 308, 318, and 309 for a total of 935.
Robinson finished with a three-round total of 232 after firing a 77 on Tuesday, as the freshman posted the Mount's top individual finish of the tournament. Gomez was right behind Robinson, registering a score of 233 overall, as he also carded a 77 during his final round.
Nick McCann matched Robinson and Gomez with a 77 on Tuesday, and finished with a three-round score of 237 to finish next up on the leaderboard for the Mountaineers.
Pablo Alonso shot a 78 on his final 18 holes to finish at 239 overall, and Jack Snyder fired an 82 during his final round to finish at 248 overall.
