Baltimore, Md. (April 5, 2017) - Mount St. Mary's takes five of the six singles flights to earn the 6-1 victory over Loyola Wednesday afternoon.
The Mount won the one point advantage from doubles play after getting wins in the second and third flight from Armstrong/Landis and Wortkotter/Tonon. Wortkotter/Tonon recorded their fourth doubles flight win in the last five matches and have a 8-3 overall doubles record.
Loyola took the first flight of singles action but the Mountaineers won the next five flights to run away with the match.
