MEN'S PREVIEW
Mount Update: The Mount lost at Robert Morris, 4-3, on
Saturday to drop to 4-11 overall and 0-3 against NEC opponents.
Mike Salomon has won three matches in a row and is now a team-best
13-7 in singles play. He has improved his career record to 30-16
at the Mount. The Mountaineers have lost four matches in a row and
10 of their past 11 after a 3-1 start to the season.
Coppin State Update: Coppin State heads into
Wednesday's match with a 0-12 record after falling to the
University of the District of Columbia, 6-0, on Saturday. James
Jeffreys plays at No. 1 singles for the Eagles, posting a 5-6
record in dual matches.
The All-Time Series vs. Coppin State: Mount
St. Mary's is 9-2 all-time against Coppin State in the series that
began in 1997. The Mount has won the past two matchups, including
a 5-2 victory on March 18, 2009, in the last meeting. The
Mountaineers are 5-2 all-time at home against the Eagles.
Up Next: Mount St. Mary's has a busy weekend,
playing home matches against Loyola (Friday) and Delaware (Sunday)

WOMEN'S PREVIEW
Mount Update: The Mount defeated Robert Morris, 5-1, on
Saturday to improve to 9-7 overall and 2-1 against NEC opponents.
Emily Bolchoz won at No. 1 singles to improve to 68-34 in her
career. She is fourth all-time at the Mount in career singles
wins. The Mountaineers are 4-1 at home this season and will play
three of their next four matches at the MSM Tennis Courts.
Coppin State Update: Coppin State is 0-13 this
season, falling to the University of the District of Columbia, 7-0,
on Saturday. Lauretta Mukam plays at No. 1 singles for the
Eagles.
The All-Time Series vs. Coppin State: Mount
St. Mary's is 11-1 all-time against Coppin State, including a 7-0
win in 2009 in the last meeting between the two squads. The Mount
is 8-0 all-time against Coppin State in the series that began in
1997.
